Position Overview:

We’re hiring a motivated and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our Dubai-based team. This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential and an opportunity to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment. Bilingual speakers (Persian, Russian, French, Italian, Arabic) are especially encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in making informed property investment and purchasing decisions.

• Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to offer expert advice.

• Source and acquire new clients through cold-calling, networking, and presentations.

• Understand clients’ requirements and offer tailored property solutions.

• Schedule property viewings, accompany clients, and provide detailed property insights.

• Maintain a comprehensive database of available properties.

• Negotiate property deals effectively and secure client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to generate leads.

• Build relationships with developers, property managers, and real estate stakeholders.

• Prepare and present property reports, financial data, and documentation for clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (real estate preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English; additional language skills (Arabic, Persian, French, Russian, or Italian) are a plus.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred but not mandatory.

• Must be currently based in Dubai and ready to join immediately.
