Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience within the UAE

• Fluent Arabic speaker

• Strong knowledge of the UAE property market, particularly off-plan projects

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Valid UAE driving license is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on new projects and market trends

• Organize and participate in local and international road shows

• Build strong relationships with off-plan property clients

• Present project benefits, payment plans, and ROI expectations

• Guide clients through pre-sales consultations and closing deals

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and events
