Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their property needs and investment goals.

• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations to maximize sales opportunities.

• Prepare and review contracts to ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations.

• Assist clients with documentation and transaction procedures, ensuring a seamless experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant, preferably in the Dubai real estate market.

• Strong knowledge of UAE property laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for delivering high-quality service.

• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, competitive market.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and property management software is an advantage.
