Position: Senior Project Specialist – Projects Development
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to AED 15,000 per month (all-inclusive, based on experience and qualifications)

As a Senior Project Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, supporting strategic initiatives, and fostering AI-integrated process improvements across business functions.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects to enhance efficiency, scalability, and digital transformation.

• Collaborate with departments including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience to streamline operations and address escalation issues.

• Analyze KPIs and operational data to deliver insights, dashboards, and executive-level reports.

• Drive the integration of AI-driven tools and automation solutions into core business functions.

• Support project tracking, delivery timelines, and quality assurance while mentoring junior team members under the guidance of the Assistant Manager.

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory frameworks throughout all project stages.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities, aged 35 and below.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, operations, or business strategy.

• Experience or familiarity with AI solutions, data analytics, or process automation is a strong advantage.

• Must be currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews.
