Mott MacDonald is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple civil infrastructure and utility design projects in the UAE. This role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and financial controls, and driving successful project execution.

Job Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from kick-off to completion.
✅ Ensure cost, schedule, scope, and quality control.
✅ Oversee health & safety standards and risk mitigation.
✅ Track project progress, milestones, and potential delays.
✅ Prepare and deliver client progress reports and presentations.
✅ Lead multi-disciplinary teams for infrastructure design.
✅ Mentor and develop project teams.
✅ Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.

Job Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Master’s in Project Management preferred).
🔹 Experience managing land development infrastructure projects in the UAE.
🔹 Familiarity with building regulations, smart infrastructure, and sustainability.
🔹 Membership in a recognized engineering or project management body is an advantage.
🔹 Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations in construction.
🔹 Ability to assess risks, resolve technical challenges, and lead teams.
🔹 Experience working in Dubai and Abu Dhabi preferred.
