Thrive Shift, a U.S.-based remote-first company, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager (Part-Time) to lead and coordinate complex creative, digital, and tech-driven projects across global teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution from kickoff to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

• Manage cross-functional remote teams, ensuring clear communication and team alignment

• Develop and maintain large-scale project plans, anticipate potential risks, and implement contingency strategies

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

• Monitor progress, manage resources, and adjust scopes when necessary

• Bring organization and structure to complex project environments

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing creative, digital, or technology-focused projects at a senior level

• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles across multiple stakeholders and time zones

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal

• Comfortable working in flexible, fast-paced environments and with distributed remote teams

• Availability for 20–25 hours per week with some overlap in U.S. time zones
