Whizz HR is hiring a Senior Project Manager for a leading interior design company in Dubai. This role involves managing high-profile interior design projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Project Management & Execution

• Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.

🔹 Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead project teams, including designers, architects, and contractors.
• Coordinate design approvals, material selection, and procurement.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.

🔹 Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Provide regular updates and address project concerns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

🔹 Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare detailed project reports, financials, and timelines.
• Collaborate with sales teams to define project scope and deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
✔ 7+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, or construction project management.
✔ Strong knowledge of interior design principles & construction processes.
✔ Leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Procore, Primavera, etc.).
✔ PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
