Linesight, a global project and cost management consultancy, is hiring a Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure and Utilities) in Dubai. This role involves overseeing infrastructure and utility construction projects, ensuring progress, and maintaining high safety standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a visible leader onsite, ensuring safety and progress tracking
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on snagging activities and project schedules
• Identify and resolve project issues proactively
• Implement and monitor key project processes and improvements
• Lead and attend key meetings to assess progress and resolve challenges
• Ensure adherence to project procedures and industry best practices

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience in managing infrastructure and utilities projects
• Project Management certification (preferred or in progress)
• Degree in Project Management, Construction, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Willingness to travel for projects in Dubai and Kuwait
• Excellent communication skills (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams
