Lamprell is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee offshore construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, safety compliance, and cost control. The role involves strategic planning, risk assessment, procurement coordination, and resource management to ensure successful execution within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict HSES compliance across all project activities.

• Conduct project risk assessments and implement safety measures.

• Plan and oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.

• Coordinate with the Procurement & Supply Chain team for timely material and equipment procurement.

• Monitor and manage project schedules, resource plans, and labor allocation.

• Control project costs while optimizing efficiencies in production, engineering, and QA/QC.

• Develop and execute project risk management plans in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in the offshore construction industry.

• 5+ years in a managerial position, leading large-scale projects.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and cost control.

• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
