AECOM, a global leader in infrastructure consulting, is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Al Ain, UAE. This role requires leading multiple large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee complex projects from inception to completion.
✅ Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define project goals.
✅ Conduct status meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.
✅ Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful project execution.
✅ Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control.
✅ Mentor junior team members and support professional development.
✅ Implement best project management practices and methodologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or the built environment.
✔ Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Advanced organizational and time-management abilities.
✔ Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.).
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ PMP, PRINCE2, or similar professional accreditation is highly desirable.
✔ Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
