Keolis.MHI is hiring a Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of engineering and strategic infrastructure projects in Dubai. This permanent, on-site role involves full responsibility for managing project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder engagement. The role supports capital upgrade initiatives and RTA-driven engineering projects, ensuring alignment with operational goals and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure projects, including ATC/MSN upgrades and RSK enhancements.

• Manage tenders, RFPs, technical evaluations, and contracts to support engineering initiatives.

• Ensure project progress is monitored and reported using dashboards, trackers, and project management tools.

• Lead risk management, commissioning, handover processes, and document delivery including As-Builts and close-out reports.

• Support timely invoicing, profitability analysis, and financial risk mitigation.

• Ensure compliance with QHSE, cybersecurity, RTA, and legal standards.

• Collaborate with internal departments and third parties for successful project execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• PMP certification is mandatory.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in rail or metro operations.

• Strong background in subcontractor management and experience in Dubai/UAE preferred.

• Proficiency in project tools such as Maximo, Primavera P6, and MS Project.

• Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.

• Experience in legal/contracts management, stakeholder engagement, and KPI-based project leadership.
