Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Transformation of Industry division in Dubai. The role involves overseeing complex projects within the energy sector, from initiation to completion, ensuring safety, cost, quality, and system performance requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects in the oil and gas industry and a background in automation or electrification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the project team, ensuring projects are executed according to defined safety, cost, quality, and time requirements.

• Ensure compliance with regulations, corporate governance, and business standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Manage stakeholder relationships, escalate issues when necessary, and provide timely decisions.

• Oversee contract execution and administration, acting as a project entrepreneur and maximizing improvement opportunities.

• Take full responsibility for risk, opportunity, and issue management, including negotiating change requests with stakeholders.

• Set up and maintain the Siemens Energy Project Management Plan and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

• Mentor and train project managers in the EAD ME PM community, adhering to Siemens Business Conduct Guidelines, including tax regulations, export control, and EHS standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred), with experience in automation projects a plus.

• 10-15 years of professional experience in a technical environment, preferably within automation or electrification projects in the Oil and Gas industry.

• Proven experience in leading and managing multicultural teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.

• Proficiency in project execution using MS Project or similar software while maintaining safety, time, cost, and quality standards.

• Fluency in English with strong communication skills; a global mindset and intercultural sensitivity.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a demanding, multicultural environment. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
