ESMOS Recruitment is hiring for a Senior Program Manager on behalf of their client, a leading exhibition organizer. This role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of programs, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring effective execution aligned with business objectives. The position offers a salary of up to 28K AED.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full program lifecycle and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.

• Develop and maintain program roadmaps and timelines.

• Ensure effective communication, risk management, and compliance throughout the program.

• Translate technical concepts for various audiences and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 5-7 years of program/project management experience.

• Experience in Registration and Application systems.

• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools.

• PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Salary: Up to 28,000 AED.
