Our client, a prestigious hospitality and leisure group in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Senior Production Supervisor to oversee food production operations and ensure top-tier quality, consistency, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

📌 Supervise daily food production, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
📌 Conduct regular quality checks to maintain taste, texture, and presentation consistency.
📌 Lead, train, and manage the production team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational efficiency.
📌 Monitor ingredient stock levels, order supplies, and oversee proper storage of raw materials and finished products.

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Open to Asian & Arabic nationals, aged 35 and below.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Food Production or a related field.
✅ Minimum 4 years of experience in food production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
✅ Strong knowledge of food safety standards, with relevant certifications.
