Job Title: Senior Product Owner – Digital Solutions

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of innovative digital solutions. This role involves defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. You will serve as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, prioritizing the product backlog and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

🚀 Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap, prioritizing key initiatives and features.

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape product direction.

• Clearly articulate the product vision and value proposition to stakeholders.

📈 Project Execution & Delivery

• Collaborate with Project Managers to manage timelines, deliverables, and scope.

• Establish and maintain product requirements, ensuring clarity for development teams.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, conducting grooming sessions and sprint planning.

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Engage with customers for continuous feedback to enhance product value.

🤝 Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the key liaison between technology teams and business users.

• Train internal teams on the product’s core value proposition.

• Provide project health status updates to senior management.

• Support cross-functional teams in marketing, training, and implementation efforts.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ 3-5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related field.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management.
✔ Strong knowledge of UML, process documentation tools, and business process modeling.
✔ Experience with project management tools, software testing, and UAT techniques.
✔ Certified Agile Product Owner, CBAP, or Scrum certification is a plus.
