Hyphen Connect is hiring a Senior Product Manager (Trading) for an exciting cryptocurrency exchange ecosystem project. The successful candidate will lead product initiatives from inception to execution, shaping a platform that redefines how users interact with their finances. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Build empathy with customers, addressing their needs and gathering feedback to inform product strategies.

• Market Research: Conduct research to shape product strategies and define feature requirements.

• Product Roadmap: Prioritize initiatives, balancing trade-offs, and developing and maintaining the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies aligned with strategic goals.

• Feature Development: Define features, write specifications, conduct user studies, refine based on feedback, and support QA testing.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with developers, designers, marketing, and operations teams to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of products.

• Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog and ensure efficient delivery of products and features.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven track record of launching and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale.

• Data-Driven Approach: Strong focus on the user’s perspective with a data-driven methodology and empathy.

• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities with a results-driven approach and initiative.

• Collaboration: Excellent skills in collaborating with design, engineering, QA, and other teams.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Preferred Knowledge: Understanding of retail trading or gamification.
