Hyphen Connect is hiring a Senior Product Manager for one of its ecosystem projects – a cryptocurrency exchange platform. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for an experienced product leader to drive customer-facing product development in a fast-paced, fintech environment.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for end-to-end product ownership—from defining features and conducting user research to leading cross-functional teams and ensuring timely execution. The ideal candidate will possess deep empathy for users, a data-driven mindset, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and align teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver high-impact features

• Define product specs, conduct user studies, and iterate based on customer feedback

• Support QA testing and ensure top-notch product quality

• Interact directly with customers to gather insights and build product empathy

• Perform market research to guide product strategy and direction

• Prioritize initiatives with strategic trade-offs in mind

• Develop and manage product roadmaps, milestones, and team dependencies

• Represent the product team in cross-functional communication

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience

• Prior experience with trading platforms or cryptocurrency exchanges is highly preferred

• Strong track record of delivering large-scale projects

• Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration effectively

• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical skills with a user-centric, data-informed approach

• Technical proficiency and aptitude for understanding engineering concepts
