AM.PM, a forward-thinking global brand in the sanitary ware industry, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Dubai-based team. This role is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced product or category manager looking to drive product strategy, manage international assortments, and lead a high-performing team. You will shape the future of product innovation and deliver strategic initiatives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the DMCC area of Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze product sales performance and profitability to support data-driven decisions.

• Manage and optimize the assortment matrix aligned with global brand positioning.

• Create comprehensive briefs for design and engineering teams to guide product development.

• Launch new products and adapt existing ones for different international markets.

• Remove underperforming SKUs to improve financial efficiency of the assortment.

• Develop and execute international assortment strategies and category plans.

• Define pricing structures, sales strategies, and margin management practices.

• Lead product marketing efforts and adjust sales targets to meet business goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate key agreements.

• Directly manage and support a team of 2–3 professionals, fostering team development and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product/category management (e.g. Head of Product, Head of Category).

• Proficiency in English (B2–C1) and Russian (C1–C2) is mandatory.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with proven leadership skills.

• Highly proactive and capable of making independent decisions and taking ownership.

• Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
