Since launching in 2022, Ctrl Alt has rapidly grown with over $200 million in assets under management and backing from top VCs like MiddleGame Ventures and Molten. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development of Ctrl Alt’s tokenization platform, shaping the future of real-world asset issuance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of the product roadmap within the product team.

• Develop and enhance platform architecture and features tailored to various client use cases.

• Translate business needs into detailed product specifications including user flows, epics, and acceptance criteria.

• Participate in technical discussions with engineers and guide architecture and implementation decisions.

• Manage long-term client integrations and oversee project timelines.

• Integrate and work with third-party API providers to expand platform capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager in a high-growth tech company or top-tier consultancy.

• Proven experience in delivering user-facing or API-driven products built on scalable technical systems.

• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen; proficiency in SQL or similar tools.

• Passion for working in early-stage Fintech environments.

• Strong understanding of emerging technology trends and digital product development.
