Al Ghurair is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join its ZED mobility venture in Dubai. This is a high-impact, on-site, full-time role perfect for a product leader passionate about urban transportation and consumer-facing app development. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining the strategic roadmap for ZED’s consumer-facing product, leading cross-functional teams, and driving data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the strategic roadmap for ZED’s consumer-facing product.

• Use customer insights and analytics to shape product features addressing real-world challenges.

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog aligned with user needs and business goals.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product delivery.

• Lead end-to-end execution of experiments, feature launches, and performance improvements.

• Track and optimize OKRs and KPIs related to user satisfaction, product adoption, and business outcomes.

• Communicate product plans and outcomes effectively to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Performance Measures:

• Consumer engagement and satisfaction scores.

• Product adoption and retention metrics.

• Speed and quality of feature delivery.

• Business impact through OKRs.

• Success in experimentation and roadmap iterations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in a consumer-facing tech startup.

• Proven track record in launching scalable, user-centric products.

• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Amplitude, Metabase, and A/B testing frameworks.

• Strong technical acumen with an understanding of APIs and modern tech stacks.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
