Deliverect is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of innovative solutions and integrations within the food delivery and order management sectors. This hybrid role combines strategic planning and market analysis with hands-on collaboration with cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap and drive successful rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new products and integrations.

• Analyze existing POS, third-party delivery, and payment integrations to improve systems and foster strategic partnerships.

• Partner with stakeholders to define and refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with industry trends.

• Design and develop product solutions leveraging Deliverect’s platform and integration partners.

• Oversee the successful rollout of new products and integrations.

• Establish metrics and frameworks to measure the success of integration solutions.

• Foster strong relationships with internal teams (Engineering, Design) and external partners to drive seamless integrations.

• Continuously learn and evolve in a fast-paced environment, staying ahead of innovation within the B2B SaaS space.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the food delivery space.

• Strong understanding of POS, third-party delivery platforms, and payment systems, with a focus on integrations.

• Problem-solving skills and a creative approach to overcoming challenges.

• Proficiency in data analytics to optimize product strategies.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous learning and innovation.

Additional Information:

• Full-time, hybrid role with 3 days in the Dubai office and 2 days remote.

• Fluency in English required.
