Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our high-performing team and lead the creation of intuitive, elegant, and data-driven digital experiences across platforms. This role requires a strong grasp of UX and UI design principles, with a passion for user-centered problem-solving and innovation. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver measurable impact in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Insights: Conduct market and user research, competitive benchmarking, and usability testing to drive design decisions.

• UX Design: Architect intuitive navigation and user flows across desktop and mobile platforms.

• UI Design: Design polished and modern interfaces that meet user needs and business objectives.

• Design Ownership: Manage the full design lifecycle from ideation through to high-fidelity mockups and handover.

• Collaboration: Partner with the Principal Product Manager and cross-functional teams to align design with product strategy.

• Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to validate ideas and gather stakeholder feedback.

• Iteration: Continuously improve designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs.

• Design Systems: Utilize and contribute to evolving design systems and component libraries.

• Analytics: Use product and user analytics to inform and measure design success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design, especially in consumer-facing digital products

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work

• Deep knowledge of user-centered design, modern UI trends, and usability standards

• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping/design tools

• Familiarity with real estate, analytics, or CRM platforms is a plus

• Experience with AI tools and emerging design technologies is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on impact, speed, and quality
