The ideal candidate will have proven experience in procurement within the real estate sector and a strong understanding of construction materials, contractor coordination, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to support real estate development projects efficiently.
• Collaborate with contractors and project teams to assess material requirements and ensure optimal sourcing.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage supplier and vendor relationships to secure the best pricing and quality.
• Oversee cost control, budgeting, and inventory management to ensure financial efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new supply sources and improve procurement processes.
• Ensure the timely delivery of materials to prevent project delays.
• Stay compliant with company policies and local regulations governing procurement and supply chain operations.
• Work closely with internal teams to align procurement with project timelines and objectives.

Requirements:
