Givaudan is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join their team in Dubai, UAE, supporting the Middle East & Africa region in the Fragrances Division. This position offers a broad range of responsibilities including price setting, cost management, and supporting strategic growth through pricing decisions. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in pricing or business controlling within a B2B setup, preferably in the Flavour & Fragrance, Manufacturing, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and compute prices, cost targets, and margins for fragrance products.

• Maintain and oversee price lists and coordinate the pricing process for main customers.

• Provide price negotiation support to the commercial organization.

• Monitor sales and margin targets, and ensure pricing performance monitoring with business partners.

• Analyze gross margins and address product cost issues in collaboration with Procurement, Operations, Finance & Technical teams.

• Lead price adjustments related to raw material impacts or manufacturing cost changes.

• Participate in global and regional pricing system projects, supporting tool and system execution.

Candidate Profile:

• University degree in Business, Finance, or relevant areas. Chartered and Cost Accountants are preferred.

• 7+ years of core pricing or business controlling experience in a B2B setup.

• Experience in Flavour & Fragrance, Manufacturing, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical industries is a plus.

• Strong numerical skills and experience with complex IT systems, Excel, and SAP (or any relevant ERP).

• Skilled communicator with the ability to negotiate pricing and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
