Allianz Partners is seeking a highly experienced Senior Pricing Actuary to join their Dubai-based team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on assessing reinsurance treaties, developing and pricing insurance products, supporting business growth, and ensuring compliance with internal governance and professional standards.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate reinsurance treaties and set pricing, guidelines, and authority limits

• Develop insurance products, including benefit design and pricing

• Analyze impacts of regulatory or benefit changes

• Set actuarial assumptions such as medical trends, IBNR, and seasonality factors

• Underwrite key accounts and large tenders

• Conduct experience analysis and suggest improvements

• Build, test, and maintain underwriting pricing tools

• Review peer work and ensure quality control

• Document methodologies and prepare executive summaries

• Collaborate with sales, claims, tariff management, and policy teams

• Support internal governance and compliance procedures

• Onboard and mentor new team members

Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 actuarial exams from SOA, IFoA, or a similar body

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics

• 4+ years’ experience in MEA region’s Health/Medical insurance sector

• 4+ years of pricing experience, ideally with advanced pricing methods like GLMs

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and VBA

• Familiarity with tools like Power BI or Alteryx is an advantage

• High analytical and numerical skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Must be legally authorized to work in the UAE
