A leading food manufacturing group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Plant Manager to oversee operations across multiple facilities in Dubai. This role is pivotal in ensuring production efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance while driving business growth through operational excellence and cost optimization. The position reports directly to the Director of Production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations across all food manufacturing plants.

• Ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Uphold quality and food safety standards (ISO, HACCP, GFSI).

• Supervise and mentor production managers and plant staff, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Drive process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Oversee audits, inspections, and compliance activities across all sites.

• Manage budgets, optimize resources, and monitor KPIs.

• Prepare performance reports and present insights to senior leadership.

• Collaborate with QA, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, and Maintenance teams.

• Implement contingency plans for emergencies or production disruptions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Process, or Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in plant/production management, preferably in food manufacturing.

• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Strong expertise in production planning, food safety, quality control, and compliance.

• Experience managing multi-site operations or starting up new facilities.

• Familiarity with international standards: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GFSI, ISO 45001.

• Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems (Oracle or equivalent).

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Willingness to work extended hours when required.

Preferred Certifications:
ISO Lead Auditor, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement.
