Traininpink, an innovative company empowering women through fitness and wellness, is seeking a Senior Photographer to lead photographic production for the Traininpink app and Igeia athleisure brand. This on-site role in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, focuses on fashion, lifestyle, and product photography, ensuring visual storytelling, brand consistency, and high-quality imagery across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and execute studio and location shoots for marketing campaigns, social media, e-commerce, and lookbooks.

• Collaborate with the Igeia product team on still life, flat-lay, and fabric-detail photography, ensuring accurate color and texture representation.

• Coordinate models, stylists, make-up artists, and production assistants for smooth operations and timely delivery.

• Oversee post-production: image selection, color grading, retouching, and optimization for web and print.

• Develop concepts and mood boards for seasonal campaigns, integrating photography with visual storytelling.

• Maintain aesthetic consistency across photos, videos, and graphic assets in collaboration with Graphic Design and Social Media teams.

• Monitor photography trends in fashion, fitness, and lifestyle to propose innovative ideas.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of professional photography experience, preferably in fashion, fitness, or lifestyle.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence in product, editorial, and social campaigns.

• Proficiency with professional photography equipment, lighting techniques, and editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop).

• Experience managing the full shoot lifecycle (pre-production, production, post-production).

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

• Passion for fitness, wellness, and fashion; e-commerce experience is a plus.
