An excellent opportunity awaits an experienced HR professional to join a fast-growing enterprise group in the UAE. Reporting directly to the Group Head of People & Culture, this pivotal role will serve as a strategic HR business partner to two dynamic business units with a combined workforce of approximately 120 employees.

As the Senior People & Culture Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, driving organisational performance, and championing a positive workplace culture. This is a high-impact role requiring both strategic insight and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, autonomy, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Lead initiatives across talent management, acquisition, employee engagement, and succession planning.

• Advise on employee relations matters, performance management, and UAE labor law compliance.

• Contribute to group-wide HR projects and lead specific initiatives to drive organizational growth.

• Manage compensation and reward frameworks, policies, and compliance-related processes.

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while supporting change management efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; CIPD qualification preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a senior HRBP or HR Manager role, ideally within the UAE.

• Deep understanding of UAE labor law, talent development, organizational design, and strategic HR planning.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at senior levels.

• Proven ability to manage HR initiatives independently with minimal supervision.
