Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement people strategies to support business growth and employee engagement

• Lead talent management, including succession planning, employee development, and recruitment

• Foster a positive work culture and promote diversity and inclusion

• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on HR best practices and employee relations

• Collaborate on the design of onboarding, training, and performance management programs

What You Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role

• Strong background in e-commerce, people strategy, and employee engagement

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
