Aban Investment is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple international entities. This full-time, on-site role involves ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance with local labor laws, and alignment with company policies. The ideal candidate will leverage automation and HRMS systems to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency while providing employee support and maintaining data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for multiple entities in UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, India, and Egypt, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Validate payroll inputs, coordinate approvals, and ensure timely salary release.

• Manage end-of-service settlements, employee offboarding, and benefits administration.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, WPS systems, and statutory filings.

• Act as a regional payroll subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations to HR leadership.

• Implement process improvements, automation, and AI-driven payroll solutions.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee records and payroll documentation.

• Liaise with finance, HRBPs, and government authorities for payroll-related matters.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience handling multiple entities.

• Hands-on experience with HRMS systems (Oracle/SAP/Adrenalin) and WPS platforms.

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws; familiarity with Oman, Saudi Arabia, India, and Egypt labor laws is a plus.

• Excellent analytical, MS Office, and reporting skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
