Saipem, a global leader in energy sector engineering services, is seeking a Senior Packages Engineer to manage technical tasks related to equipment and process packages. The role requires expertise in engineering workflows, vendor coordination, and compliance with project specifications. The selected candidate will contribute to Saipem’s vision of “Engineering for a sustainable future”, ensuring safety, sustainability, and digitalization in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute technical tasks related to process and solid handling packages.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and engineering standards.

• Prepare and review vendor proposals, technical bid evaluations, and technical documentation.

• Manage subcontracted engineering work and maintain coordination with vendors.

• Provide technical support during construction and startup phases.

• Utilize engineering software tools for project management and technical analysis.

• Ensure adherence to HSE work practices and permit-to-work systems.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong expertise in process and solid handling packages engineering.

• In-depth understanding of chemical processes, mechanical design, and engineering workflows.

• Experience in technical documentation, vendor coordination, and proposal evaluation.

• Proficiency in technical software tools and engineering project management.

• Knowledge of HSE work practices and compliance standards.
