This role involves handling Captain inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating logistics operations, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in operations or customer service, with strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities:

🚗 Captain Support & Issue Resolution – Assist Captains with queries, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to ensure seamless service.
📊 Operations & Data Analytics – Collect, analyze, and report operational data to optimize performance.
🤝 Stakeholder Coordination – Work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and fleet partners to maintain reliable operations.
📢 Captain Engagement – Gather feedback and advocate for improvements in service quality and features.
📈 Process Optimization – Support efficiency improvement initiatives for smoother on-ground operations.
📦 Project & Vendor Management – Assist in fleet expansion projects and ensure third-party service-level agreements are met.

Job Requirements:

🎓 1-3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or logistics.
💬 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle face-to-face interactions.
🛠 Operational Agility – Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and coordinate with multiple teams.
📊 Data Analysis Skills – Proficiency in Excel is mandatory (SQL, Python, or BI tools like Tableau are a plus).
