Job Title: Senior Offshore Construction Engineer 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Offshore Construction Engineer to join our team in UAE and KSA. As a Senior Engineer, you will oversee various phases of offshore construction projects, particularly focusing on Subsea Jacket Installation, Topside Cable, and Pipeline Activities. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and hands-on involvement in offshore marine and subsea operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multiple offshore construction projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution across all project phases.

• Work closely with the Offshore Construction Manager or Sr. Offshore Construction Manager, assisting in decision-making and providing technical support.

• Oversee Subsea Jacket Installation and Topside Cable & Pipeline activities to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

• Provide guidance and leadership to construction teams, making sure all activities align with project specifications and timelines.

• Conduct regular reviews and site visits, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Negotiate and make critical decisions on project specifications, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency and reduce risks.

• Maintain and ensure accurate technical documentation, such as Technical Reports and Project Monitoring Systems.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring all engineering and construction activities are integrated seamlessly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Civil, or Naval Engineering.

• Minimum of 6 years of offshore construction experience, with a strong focus on subsea, marine, and offshore projects.

• Extensive knowledge of offshore operations, specifically Subsea Jacket Installation and Topside Cable/Pipeline activities.

• Proficient in technical design software such as AutoCAD and other construction-related systems.

• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills to manage project challenges effectively.

• Knowledge of USCG regulations, ISO standards, and offshore equipment including Deck Equipment, Diesel Engines, and Marine Engineering systems.

• Familiarity with HVAC systems, Electrical Systems, Fuel Systems, Air Compressors, and other essential maritime technologies.
