Job Overview:

Mobile Arts is seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer to lead and optimize high-performance paid media campaigns across major platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Bigo, and Snapchat. This full-time remote role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in mobile VAS, DCB, CPA, and CPI models, and a proven ability to deliver ROI-focused results in global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch, manage, and scale high-budget CPA, CPI, and WAP campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and Bigo Ads.

  • Conduct A/B testing, user funnel analysis, and performance optimization using tools like MobiBox.

  • Manage ad accounts, keyword strategies, creative assets, and bidding systems for optimal ROI.

  • Create and implement data-driven advertising strategies, targeting MENA, Europe, and other global regions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize landing pages and user journeys.

  • Develop compelling ad creatives and messaging tailored to target audiences.

  • Stay updated on digital advertising trends and ensure full compliance with advertising regulations.

  • Report on campaign performance, generate insights, and provide strategic recommendations for scaling.

  • Partner with agencies and third-party vendors to enhance media reach and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3–8 years of media buying experience with a focus on Mobile VAS, Direct Carrier Billing (DCB), and performance campaigns.

  • Proficiency in paid platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Bigo Ads, and Snapchat.

  • Strong command of campaign analytics, budget optimization, and creative strategy development.

  • Ability to use internal tools and paid services to maximize campaign performance.

  • Skilled in scaling campaigns with team collaboration and innovation.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Open to candidates from Arab, European, Anglophone, or any nationality background.
