Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy: Lead and implement a high-impact marketing plan across multiple branches.
• Brand Growth & Awareness: Drive brand visibility with creative social media campaigns, content marketing, and compelling storytelling.
• Parent Engagement & Events: Plan and execute high-profile events to boost enrollment and parent engagement.
• PR & Media Collaborations: Manage press releases, PR strategies, and media partnerships to position the brand as a leader in early childhood education.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
• Regular Travel: Oversee marketing initiatives in Abu Dhabi with frequent travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in marketing, preferably in education or service-based industries.
• Expertise: Strong background in brand strategy, digital marketing, and lead generation.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Canva (or similar design platforms).
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi on a regular basis.
