The role involves digital marketing, brand awareness, campaign management, partnerships, and customer engagement to drive sales and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

📢 Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with company goals.

• Identify target audiences and craft marketing strategies to drive engagement & sales.

• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and sponsorships.

📱 Digital Marketing & Social Media:

• Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

• Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to boost online and in-store traffic.

• Work on SEO & content marketing to enhance online visibility.

🏬 Retail & Sales Support:

• Plan and execute in-store marketing activities (promotions, discounts, branding).

• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance retail strategies.

• Monitor sales trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

🤝 Sponsorships & Brand Collaborations:

• Identify and partner with sports brands, athletes, and influencers.

• Manage event sponsorships, tournaments, and partnerships to increase brand visibility.

📊 Data & Performance Analysis:

• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite.

• Report on marketing ROI and customer behavior.

• Optimize marketing spend based on data insights.

🎯 Customer Engagement & Community Building:

• Develop and manage loyalty programs for repeat customers.

• Organize and promote sports events, competitions, and activations.

• Handle customer feedback and reviews to enhance brand reputation.

Key Requirements:

📆 Experience: 3-5+ years in marketing, preferably in retail or sports industry.
🎓 Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
🔧 Skills:
✔ Digital marketing & campaign management
✔ Social media strategy (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
✔ SEO & content marketing
