DAMAC Properties is hiring a Senior Manager – Projects to lead high-end residential projects from initiation to completion. The role requires strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and budget adherence while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination between management and stakeholders.

• Oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and budget adherence.

• Monitor construction progress and compliance with approved designs, specifications, HSE standards, and industry best practices.

• Drive the design development process by coordinating with consultants and design teams in the pre-tender phase.

• Participate in design reviews with a focus on constructability and scope alignment.

• Oversee tender processes, ensuring alignment with the Master Programme while coordinating with consultants, technical, and commercial teams.

Job Requirements:

📌 Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in managing high-end residential projects, covering all phases from enabling works to handover.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Expertise in project execution, design coordination, and tendering processes.

• Deep understanding of quality standards, HSE regulations, and industry best practices.
