Park Brown International is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Operations – Crypto to lead and scale product operations within a high-growth global crypto exchange. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with proven experience in fintech or crypto, product-led growth, and multi-regional operations. You’ll manage a team, drive commercial outcomes, and ensure scalable and compliant execution across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 5+ to deliver operational excellence and measurable outcomes.

• Partner with product teams to refine offerings and drive growth through campaigns and expansion.

• Manage operations across multiple regions, ensuring scalability and consistency.

• Improve liquidity, user engagement, and platform efficiency through commercial initiatives.

• Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to strengthen fraud prevention and meet regulations.

• Develop and optimize workflows, SOPs, and tools; monitor KPIs for high standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience in crypto or fintech, with focus on product operations or product-led growth.

• Proven leadership managing teams of 5+ people.

• Strong background in product operations and experience in marketing, growth, expansion, or commercial operations.

• Experience launching products across multi-regional markets.

• Skilled in operational workflows, data-driven decision-making, and project execution.

• Excellent communication in English with ability to influence cross-functional teams.

• Analytical mindset, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have:

• Background in digital assets, payments, or marketplace platforms.

• Familiarity with fraud monitoring, KYC/KYB, or transaction oversight.

• Exposure to compliance-heavy and risk-mitigation environments.
