Job Overview:

Chalhoub Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Cybersecurity Operations to lead the protection of its digital infrastructure and assets across the region. This leadership role is crucial to developing, implementing, and evolving the cybersecurity framework, with a focus on proactive threat detection, response, and mitigation.

Based in Dubai, this position requires a results-driven professional with deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the vision to align cybersecurity initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing cybersecurity team focused on operations, threat response, and strategic technology management

• Develop and implement a robust security operations strategy aligned with business objectives

• Oversee the Security Operations Centre (SOC), including SIEM, SOAR, and incident response frameworks

• Manage cybersecurity technologies and partnerships, ensuring performance, cost-efficiency, and innovation

• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and security budgets to drive operational excellence

• Stay ahead of emerging cyber threats and technologies, continuously adapting strategies and tools

• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed security into all major tech initiatives

• Lead major cybersecurity incident investigations and communicate risk effectively to stakeholders

• Maintain up-to-date security standards, playbooks, and group-wide response plans

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• 10–15 years of cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role

• Deep understanding of SOC operations, SIEM, SOAR, and modern security tools

• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.)

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA highly desirable

• Experience in managing cybersecurity in multinational or complex environments
