Majid Al Futtaim, a leading retail and leisure pioneer in the MENA region, is seeking a Senior Manager – IT PMO to join their UAE Corporate Head Office. This role plays a strategic function in aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, managing a portfolio of IT projects and programs, and driving process efficiency and innovation within the organization’s technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align IT projects and programs with overall business goals and strategic objectives

• Develop and execute IT portfolio management frameworks and processes

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in portfolio delivery

• Establish governance templates, including financial tracking mechanisms

• Oversee projects from initiation through to service transition and operations

• Prepare detailed business cases with full Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Total Value of Ownership (TVO), and Return on Investment (ROI)

• Present comprehensive portfolio performance reports to senior stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of IT portfolio management methodologies (e.g., PMI PfMP)

• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project

• Proficient in financial planning and budget management

• Familiar with IT governance, compliance standards, and risk management

• Understanding of various project lifecycle approaches (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
