e& UAE is hiring a Senior Manager – Insurance to lead and expand its insurance revenue streams, including existing offerings like Apple Care, Samsung Care, Takaful, and Home Protection, along with the development of a new “Easy Insurance” portfolio covering health, motor, travel, and more. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end strategic and operational management, including designing new insurance business models, enhancing IT workflows, and driving customer acquisition. You will play a pivotal role in aligning go-to-market strategies with customer needs, building new operating models, and managing the performance and growth of the insurance division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales, delivery, and revenue growth of insurance propositions

• Identify key stakeholders and assess current insurance workflows and IT support

• Develop and manage the go-to-market strategy for both existing and new insurance products

• Lead product development for digital insurance and “Insurance as a Service” models

• Collaborate with internal teams and software engineers to align business needs

• Facilitate workshops, demos, and meetings for project steering committees

• Monitor project progress, define testing scenarios, and ensure quality assurance

• Build and scale a high-performing insurance team

• Analyze customer satisfaction and propose improvements throughout the customer journey

• Monitor financial, operational, and competitive performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration

• Minimum 6 years of experience in product marketing or a related field

• Proven experience in the insurance or digital services sector

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
