Senior Manager, Digital Transformation Training Programmes

Kaplan Middle East & North Africa is seeking a Senior Manager for Digital Transformation Training Programmes to lead and design market-leading learning solutions. This on-site role in Dubai involves managing a team of learning professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shaping innovative training offerings aligned with client needs, industry trends, and Kaplan’s organizational values.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management

  • Design learning solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Select trainers and instructional designers based on project requirements.

  • Evaluate program effectiveness using data analysis and feedback, implementing improvements as needed.

Driving Growth

  • Identify growth opportunities within and adjacent to the digital transformation training vertical.

  • Leverage market research to inform product strategies and pricing.

  • Support sales and marketing efforts through proposal development, client meetings, and business development initiatives.

Content Development & Review

  • Develop and oversee high-quality training content aligned with industry standards.

  • Ensure training solutions address the evolving needs of clients.

Training Delivery

  • Deliver digital transformation training sessions, meeting annual training day targets.

  • Flexibly deliver training on emerging topics across the MENA region.

  • Maintain high-quality, engaging, and impactful learning experiences.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and nurture key client and stakeholder relationships.

  • Liaise with government bodies, third-party providers, and accreditation agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Programming, Statistics, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years in digital transformation and 3 years in learning & development.

  • Knowledge of coding, instructional design, adult learning principles, and learning evaluation methods.

  • Experience designing and implementing innovative learning solutions.

  • Strong project management and data-driven decision-making skills.
