Dubai Holding Entertainment, a key player in the UAE’s leisure and tourism industry, is hiring a Senior Manager (Contracts) to oversee all contractual operations related to leasing, sponsorship, sales, and CSR agreements across high-profile attractions such as Global Village and Sea Breeze. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai requires an experienced professional with strong legal, commercial, and regulatory expertise in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to Leasing, Sales, Sponsorship, and Sea Breeze initiatives.

• Support compliance inspections and verify adherence to authenticity and product use terms for investors and vendors.

• Manage CSR and government agreements with key partners like Khalifa Foundation, RTA, and Dubai Police.

• Oversee sublease approvals for pavilion tenants and ensure legal conformity with agreed contract terms.

• Integrate new laws and regulations into investor agreements, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

• Manage contract terminations and settlements, including calculations and official documentation.

• Lead RFPs/RFQs related to the Commercial Department and CARNAVAL.

• Conduct investor and distributor evaluations and provide data-driven insights for future partnerships.

• Handle all contracts and infrastructure agreements with telecom providers (du, Etisalat).

• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and actively participate in relevant committees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.

• 8–12 years of proven experience in a senior management role within contracts or commercial operations.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Solid knowledge of UAE commercial laws, rent laws, and local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, DET, DDA, Civil Defense, FTA).
