About the Role:
Charterhouse is partnering with a leading financial services firm to recruit a Senior Manager to oversee corporate communications and investor relations at the group level. Reporting directly to the Deputy Group CEO, this role is central to shaping and strengthening the group’s brand, communicating its performance, and supporting its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a corporate communication strategy aligned with the group’s mission, vision, and values.

Build and manage strong relationships with investors, analysts, financial media, and other external stakeholders.

Coordinate closely with internal teams—including finance, marketing, and senior leadership—to gather insights and prepare press releases, financial reports, and disclosures.

Oversee the creation and distribution of investor materials, presentations, and regulatory filings.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including SCA and DFM requirements, and handle DFM portal reporting processes.

Act as the group’s spokesperson when required, including delivering presentations and addressing investor queries.

Analyze and interpret financial data to extract actionable insights and support decision-making.
Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in communications and investor relations, preferably within a publicly listed company.

Strong knowledge of financial markets, SCA regulations, and DFM reporting requirements.

Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, strategic messaging.

Confident public speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Arabic fluency is essential.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, communications, business, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
