Space42, a UAE-based AI-powered SpaceTech company, is looking for a Senior Manager – Business Development to drive global growth in geospatial solutions, satellite communications, and AI-powered business intelligence. Reporting to the Vice President of Market Development, this role involves executing a global sales strategy, developing high-value partnerships, and expanding the company’s international footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

🚀 Business Development & Sales:

• Execute a global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.

• Promote geospatial, mobility, and AI-powered satellite solutions to meet business objectives.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across global markets.

🤝 Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion:

• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, key clients, and industry partners.

• Manage distribution channel partners to drive quarterly revenue targets.

• Represent Space42 at exhibitions, trade shows, and global conferences.

📊 Market Intelligence & Planning:

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and global trade regulations to refine strategies.

• Contribute to the marketing and sales plan, optimizing market penetration.

• Define and implement business development campaigns to maximize revenue growth.

Who You Are:

✔ 8-10 years of experience in global business development, preferably in software, geospatial, aerospace, or AI-driven technologies.
✔ Proven track record in managing high-value accounts and achieving sales targets in international markets.
✔ Strong knowledge of Cloud, SaaS, AI, and geospatial solutions (preferred).
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA is a plus).
✔ Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
✔ Experience in government or regulated industries is highly desirable.
