📊 Financial Strategy & Forecasting

• Lead the rolling forecast and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.

• Provide proactive financial insights to support decision-making for the CFO and leadership team.

• Identify key financial trends, risks, and opportunities through in-depth analysis.

📈 Data-Driven Insights & Reporting

• Utilize Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for advanced financial modeling and reporting.

• Develop visual analytics to present financial data in a clear, strategic, and actionable manner.

• Ensure financial data integrity and accuracy through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (insurance or financial services preferred).
✔ Master’s degree in Financial Planning or a related field.
✔ Expertise in financial modeling, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
✔ Strategic thinker with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way.
✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills.
