With a strong in-house production setup, we specialize in exhibitions, conferences, live shows, and ceremonies.

We are looking for a Senior LED Screen Operator to join our expert production team. This role plays a pivotal part in the technical execution of events, ensuring flawless LED screen operations that bring our creative visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• LED Screen Management: Operate and manage LED screens during live events for optimal visual performance.

• System Configuration: Set up and configure Novastar processors and related equipment in line with event requirements.

• Software Operation: Use advanced display control software such as Resolume, V-Mix, and Watchout to manage event visuals.

• Pre-Event Technical Checks: Perform thorough checks to ensure all LED systems and connections are event-ready.

• Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve any technical issues to avoid disruptions during live events.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with event managers and technical teams to deliver high-quality event experiences.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the events production industry, with proven hands-on experience operating LED systems.

• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of LED display software including Resolume, V-Mix, and Watchout.

• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of LED systems, display configurations, power setup, and troubleshooting.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve technical issues efficiently under pressure.

• Innovation & Safety Awareness: Strong grasp of power safety standards and a creative mindset to deliver standout visuals.
