Job Title: Senior Key Account Manager – Aviation & Aerospace

Job Description:

Safran is a global leader in aviation and aerospace, driving innovation across multiple sectors including Aerosystems, Cabin Group, Seats Group, and Landing Systems. We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to strengthen relationships with key airlines and lessors while supporting business growth and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships between Safran leadership and key airline partners.

  • Business Strategy & Growth: Support sales and marketing plans, identify new opportunities, and drive business development.

  • Sales & Negotiation: Contribute to RFQs, tenders, and bundled proposals that align with financial and operational feasibility.

  • Customer Engagement: Organize periodic business reviews, product demonstrations, and industry events to showcase Safran’s solutions.

  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track fleet data, sales opportunities, and competitor positioning to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Trade Compliance & Financial Management: Ensure adherence to compliance standards and support accounts receivable efforts.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in engaging commercial airlines in product development or sales.

  • Experience within the aircraft interiors segment is preferred.

  • Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships and achieve business growth.

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.

  • Degree in Business or Engineering preferred.

  • Strong digital marketing and sales application knowledge.
