Claviger Middle East is looking for a Senior JMP Manager to lead the Tourism Board Team, driving strategic marketing initiatives, managing Online Travel Agency (OTA) partnerships, and executing destination marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or digital marketing and a proven track record in managing government and tourism board contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Development:

Lead and manage the Tourism Board Team while aligning with Claviger’s business goals.

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive market share, revenue, and visibility.
-
Strengthen relationships with OTAs, digital partners, and key stakeholders to maximize exposure.

Identify new growth opportunities within GCC and Egypt markets.
-
Drive B2B and B2B2C marketing initiatives for effective campaigns and activations.
Marketing & Digital Activation:
-
Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, influencer collaborations, and content strategies.

Develop partnership-driven promotional campaigns with tourism boards and hotel partners.
-
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to optimize marketing performance.

Ensure compliance with tourism board branding and guidelines.
OTA & Partnership Management:

Negotiate and manage partnerships with key OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Trip.com).

Implement data-driven strategies to improve OTA conversion rates and customer acquisition.

Monitor KPIs, performance analytics, and revenue growth from OTA channels.

Lead seasonal campaigns and tactical promotions with OTA partners.
Financial & Operational Management:

Manage and monitor budget allocation and financial performance.

Ensure timely reporting on market activities, campaign effectiveness, and financial performance.

Oversee CRM database management for structured engagement with trade and corporate partners.
Key Requirements:
Experience & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in marketing, OTA management, or tourism/hospitality.

Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.

Proven success in managing OTA relationships, DMCs, and travel platforms.

Experience handling government and tourism board contracts.
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Tourism.
Preferred Industry Background:

Online Travel Agencies (OTAs): Marketing Manager, Partnerships Manager, Loyalty Program Manager.

Tourism & Hospitality: Head of Partnerships, Marketing Director, Brand Manager.

Tourism Boards or National Tourism Organizations: Destination Marketing Manager, Strategic Partnerships Manager.

Travel Marketing or PR Agencies: Account Manager, Digital Marketing Manager.

E-commerce or Travel Tech Companies: CRM Manager, Strategic Partnerships Lead.

Airlines & Events Management: Sponsorship Manager, Customer Engagement Manager.
