Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to support our talent acquisition function by developing recruitment strategies, refining hiring processes, and ensuring compliance with hiring laws. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT recruitment, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Talent Acquisition & Strategy:

Attend career fairs, open houses, and networking events to attract top IT talent.

Develop and implement effective recruitment policies to enhance hiring efficiency.

Establish key hiring metrics to measure recruitment success and optimize processes.
✅ Recruitment Operations & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to legal hiring requirements, including background checks and documentation.

Manage interview scheduling, candidate travel arrangements, and recruitment reimbursements.

Oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to issuing offer letters.
✅ Stakeholder & Team Management:

Supervise a team of recruiters, ensuring high service levels across departments.

Train and mentor hiring managers on recruitment best practices.

Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and resource allocation.
✅ Market Research & Process Improvement:

Conduct research to identify industry trends and hiring best practices.

Enhance sourcing strategies using internal databases, referrals, and job portals.

Implement data-driven decision-making to streamline recruitment operations.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
✔ 7+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in IT and technical hiring).
✔ Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and industry trends.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to analyze, refine, and optimize hiring workflows.
